PR , Media Planning Role Category:Online/Digital Marketing Role: Social Media Marketing Manager Keyskills Digital Marketing Digital Marketing Manager Analytics Paid Media Campaign Facebook Marketing Paid Media Marketing Desired Candidate Profile Education- UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required PG:MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization

I want to get details of Keyskills, UG, PG in form of lists (3). I'm new to R and i looked for the answer at R: how to get information from a txt file with R but i'm not able to implement/understand the whole thing.

Expected O/P (with 3 lists):

KEYSKILLS = c("Digital Marketing", "Digital Marketing Manager", "Analytics", "Paid Media Campaign", "Facebook Marketing", "Paid Media Marketing"
UG= c("Any Graduate-Any Specilization","Graduation Not Required")
PG= c("MBA/PGDM-Any Specilization")

How to do this in R?

  • Use `readLines` to import the text file. Then use base regex or `stringr` functions to figure out what you want. From what you show, it's difficult to know if this is really a text file that is written in markdown, if you added formatting to make it clearer, or if it's not actually a text file. I would advise you to read it into R with `readLines` and play with it a little bit, then come back if you have trouble with an R data structure and a more specific stumbling block we can help you get over. – Gregor Thomas Oct 18 '16 at 22:52
