I have excel worksheets and i need to capture all the data into database tables in mysql. What is the best db/table structure that can do the capture of all the content on the excel worksheet.

You can simply import from excel to mysql. Keep you format as CSV for ease. – Pirate X May 09 '16 at 09:16
