Need help in Google maps in order to show location of nearby drivers like uber on user's map in Android programming?

Some reference/guide/solution/hint will be appreciated.

Think of it as two or more devices.

You keep pushing the coordinates of the devices to the cloud and then from the cloud fetch them and show them in Google Maps.
