Protecting apps with a security tool?

So i'm trying to make an app that prompts a dialog with shows a password, pin etc.. what I've created so far is MainActivity that prompts the fingerpass (For the Samsung S5) and it works. What i'm trying to do is, a listview that shows installed apps on the device, form here you can choose to check or uncheck the apps and this will result in selecting or deselecting the fingerpass to prompt when an application from the listview is selected.

so my question is how to make the listview part and selection, bellow you can see some screenshots of the app i'm making.

so if anyone have examples or tips, I would be grateful.

I think he's asking how to also implement this behavior for other apps on the device, not just his own app. So, for apps selected in the list, launch the fingerprint scanner when the app is opened and overlay it over the app. Am I on the right track? – Veselin Romić Jul 22 '14 at 12:54
