I have just started using Sweave in RStudio to compile pdf reports from my analyses, however i have many images and some of them are generated with qplot (ggplot2). I only got to half my document and it seems that the pdf has difficulties to load and the images generated with gplot (up until then it was fine) via sweave are not loading even on the individual file.

I am wondering if perhaps i should use a "light" version of the figures? If so, how would I do it? Any help would be appreciated!
