None Java based PHP IDE out there?

Is there a none Java based PHP IDE out there, which offers features that Eclipse or netBeans offer?

Not sure exactly what Eclipse of netBeans features you're after, but there are definitely many non-Java based ide which are very good.

Personally I use phpDesigner 8 which you can find here: http://www.mpsoftware.dk/

It's not free, but actively maintained, well supported and full featured.

I assume you want a free (open source) application? If not - there are plenty of commercial IDE`s - Adobe Dreamweaver for example, or you can check this list PHP editors
