Eclipse is not running projects after once updated in android

Question

In this morning i just checked for updates in my eclipse & when i found updates available i just did that.

But after once it is updated Eclipse is not working at all.

Its running existing projects but there is not response for the newly created projects.

Firstly it's getting error when adding main class activity to layout So not properly working for layout. Every time requiring android.R.

may be i need to do some more updates in IDE.

Can anybody tell me solution if ever have had such problem in past.

Did you update the last build tools? Do your project need an external jar library? I had a similar issue yesterday. I was referencing a Library project which didn't export all of its jar file. — edoardotognoni, May 17 '13 at 07:30
There is no jar file in my project. This issue is also being reflected on existing projects after a full clean. Yes, i did all possible updates on current version. — Suresh Sharma, May 17 '13 at 09:05

Try this..

Try this as second step if first doesn't work..

Try this as well

Help > Install New Software -- then choose the link..Select the updates to install and then crucially, uncheck "Contact all update sites during install to find required software".

After spending few hours on it i got success to run existing projects but its still not working for newly created projects. This time it occurs:- Failed to load properties of Application – Suresh Sharma May 17 '13 at 09:37
Try right Click on project --> Android Tools --> Fix project Properties – CRUSADER May 17 '13 at 11:28
