I want to get time and date from any server not from the device. Is there any way to do that? I mean are there any services or libraries that I can call or I have to write my own service?

yes you can build one, or try to find a webservice (REST i recommend becouse the simplicity) allready done that send you time and data, probably it return a xml file or json so you need to parse it in your device, but as fdoming said better if you google it sure it doesn´t take more than read this post. although fdoming is not to down vote this query, there are the worst.
