How can I use JSHint offline on Windows?

Question

JSHint is built into PHPStorm, but I'm looking for a standalone version.

Phpstorm has a built in version of JSHint:

Settings ¬ Javascript ¬ Code Quality Tools ¬ JSHINT ¬ Enable
