iOS has a beautiful effect when you tap the view to out of bounds. Then, when you release it, view returns to previously set position. However, I need to fix and element to not allow to do it! I need to fix webview position (not scrolling) or view. Thank you!

great! I set it to NO and works but now webview position remains static (good) and also scroll has a stack effect! how to solve it? – Jaume May 23 '12 at 19:45
