I'd say the MSDN SharePoint Developer Center. Documentation is already almost in parity with the documentation of previous versions.

Channel9 contains alot of cutting edge videos on SP2010 and VS2010. I follow their feed on twitter and RSS.

I would say Google or Bing! Since there are so many people blogging about so many different topics, and often the information I'm looking for is not part of the standard documentation, I think the web in general, all tied together with a good search engine makes the best resource!!
