The answer is,

Start noting that

every multiple of 30 has a 0 at the end.

Notice that the number right below P can be

3 or 6, but it cannot be 9 because P>9. Therefore O is either 1 or 2.

.. but O=1 leads to contradiction.

So O=2.

Then some digits can be filled up immediately.

And finally

F=1,2, or 3 but since different letters represent different digits, only 3 leads to a valid solution.
