what do think about patents no. EP0529765A1 and no. EP0529766A1 ? The status both is: "No opposition filed within time limit" (Status updated on 18.07.1997). Does it means the patents expired ? Thanks again.

What is the time limit for reviving an expired patent?

We have patent #5,853,128 which was applied for on Mar. 8, 1997 and issued on Dec. 29, 1998. We missed paying the final maintenance fee and have not tried to get it reissued before now. How long do we have before there is no way to get it reissued…
