I'm a programmer by day and a Tango dancer by night. I don't make music myself, but I'm an enthusiastic, sometimes obsessive consumer and I when I like some particular music, I love to do background research on it, where it came from, its motives, its characteristics etc.

Tango, Fado and Chanson dominate my playlists these days, I have had my share of 60s and 70s music, Elvis Costello has been with me consistently since basically forever, and I maintain a soft spot for Metal, acquired when I was about 13.
