From what I can tell, Khan Academy currently seems like the "most comprehensive" answer to your question, but I don't know if it's what you're looking for.

1That said, I only qualified these as "related" projects since the amount of gamification in each varies quite a bit. For instance, DragonBox, Euclid: The Game, and Terry Tao's game are much more interactive than Khan Academy, but of course much more specialized too. – Victor Wang Aug 19 '14 at 22:59
