As an MS Windows user for many years, beginning with Windows 3.0 (ugh) and being disappointed with all the bugs and costly upgrades, I decided to give Linux a try after reading many superlatives about it.

I currently use Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and love it. It has a Windows XP feel which I thought was the best OS Microsoft put out. I have my version lean and mean with only the exact things I use for my needs as a writer.
