The New Testament book "Titus" is an epistle by Paul to Titus, who served with Paul. Titus (the man) appears to be have been given by Paul a leadership responsibility among the Christians on Crete.

Titus (the document) is considered one of the "Pastoral" epistles based on its addressee being an individual (not a church) and its focus on counseling leaders in their efforts to watch over the church.
