Overview
While Spinnah is just an R character, his skill gives him
to deal one-foe attacks twice as frequent compared to other character. This ability complements his lower regular damage which is 40% lower compared to other characters.
Strengths

Priorities[edit]
As with any offensive unit, grab Critical Hit first. After that, consider grabbing Triple Attack to make the most use of his Spinning HighAttacks twice each turn, or consider grabbing Attack and C.A. DMG to compensate for his low stats as an R Character.
