Gamewith's recommended EMP build for Mugen.

Priorities[edit]

Prioritize DEF first with at least one star on each. For damage, max out Critical Hit as well as one point to C.A. DMG. For suggestions, one point to Wind DMG Down and filling the second stars of the four DEF nodes are recommended. However, feel free to save some EMP points for the future EMP support skill.
