Overview

Jeanne d'Arc is an incredibly powerful character with an Enmity grid due to her own passive enmity and short-term invincibility. Jeanne has team utility with her powerful 30% DEF Down debuff and charge attack party buffs. With her turn-based damage and multi-attack ramping with Incision, she makes for an invaluable Dark attacker, especially in developing enmity-grids.

Strengths

Weaknesses

  • ImpurityHP and charge bar lowered each turn
    reduces her HP and charge bar by 10%. It can be cleared, which is a dual-edged blade:
    • Letting it active will hinder her from dealing charge attack before any allies.
    • Removing it will stops enmity from progressing further.
  • Has a critical 1-turn downtime from  IncisionGain IncisionATK, DEF, and multiattack rate are boosted (Can't be removed)
    (Stats change for 6 turns).
    , greatly debuffing her at the sixth turn the buff lasts. External protection or attack redirection is practically required to keep her alive.

How to Play

  • Activate Anti-Reversal and Incision to begin Incision's turn-based multi-attack and ATK buffs.
  • Begin attacking.


  • If you feel Jeanne d'Arc may die on the next few turns activate Eternal Chaos. Note that she will die after 5 turns unless she is healed to 100% HP. Use potions to save her if you do not have any healing.
  • Anti-Reversal's ImpurityHP and charge bar lowered each turn
    debuff damages Jeanne d'Arcs HP every turn. Her Extended Mastery Support Skill prevents turn-based damage from killing Jeanne.

Synergy

  • Though selfish, any way to further increase her multi-attack can help her Charge Attack occur more often, buffing the team for 20% more Dark ATK for the next 2 turns. Chaos Ruler's Uprising is one ability that could help.

Priorities[edit]

Take a point into Critical Hit, ATK, C.A. DMG and Dark Attack in order for each node.

The intention is to raise her damage as fast and cheaply as possible for the earlier game. Survival can be boosted by good timing with  Eternal ChaosGain UndyingCan withstand lethal DMG (Leaves 1 HP)
Duration: 5 turns
, then knocked out after 5 turns. (Effect removed upon full HP recovery. Can't be cast if HP is full).
until you can afford a better HP pool and move on from this. Feel free to add to the DEF nodes after the base build and to raise ATK further.

Remember to raise the nodes evenly as the latter ranks have diminishing returns.
