A girl whose physical appearance resembles that of Primal Beast "Grand Order". Though she seems to be an ordinary girl, she calls herself "arbitrator", and there's something transcendental about the aura wrapping around her.
...However, seeing as she visits the sea, looks at everything with huge curiosity, and fully enjoys leisure activities, she really does seem to be just an ordinary girl.

When negative emotions threatened to disturb the balance of the world, Zooey returned. Entrusted with the Divine Generals' power to act as a priestess, she now fights to protect the world and her friends who live there.

Playing with Zooey[edit]

Zooey picks out a swimsuit and has a blast running around the beach. She ends the day telling (Captain) how exciting the following day will be while staring into the heavens.



Zooey (Promo) not in crew
(Captain) and company are visiting a certain town one day when Lyria suddenly feels the presence of a primal beast.
Lyria points toward the town's tavern. The party is somewhat puzzled, but they decide to go in anyway.
Inside, (Captain) and the crew freeze, captivated by the sight in front of them.
Silver-haired Girl: Nom, nom... Mmm... The food of skydwellers really is very tasty.
A girl with beautiful silver hair seems detached from the world as she enjoys her meal.
The party watches the mysterious girl with fascination. She notices them and smiles.
Silver-haired Girl: So we finally meet.
Lyria, Vyrn, and (Captain).
Silver-haired Girl: Let's go, (Captain). I wouldn't mind chatting with you over a nice meal, but...
Silver-haired Girl: It's not a very pleasant topic nor something to talk about in public.
The crew follows her outside the tavern.
Silver-haired Girl: I'm glad you came. I was starting to think I was waiting around for nothing.
The girl explains with a smile that she's been traveling the world over in search of (Captain) and company.
Vyrn: But how do you know our names? And why were you looking for us?
Silver-haired Girl: How do I know you? Well...
Silver-haired Girl: When I was looking at the world, your crew caught my eye. I took an interest in you.
Silver-haired Girl: You dared to oppose the unopposable. Hehe, I find that fascinating.
Silver-haired Girl: You know what I mean, don't you, (Captain)? That's right, the primal beast Akasha.
The party turns tense at the mere mention of Akasha.
Vyrn: H-how do you know about that?
Silver-haired Girl: It's part of my mission. I'm aware of all the things that could possibly throw the world off balance.
Silver-haired Girl: The expulsion and erasure of that which would alter the world's equilibrium... That's my mission.
The girl speaks with an air of dignity. She looks intently at (Captain).
(Captain) suddenly feels a strange sensation and shudders. It's as if this girl can peer into the very soul of a person.
Silver-haired Girl: Yes, yes. Very interesting. Planning to confront that beast, are we? You're a curious one.
Silver-haired Girl: I have a proposal. I too want to stop Akasha from activating.
Silver-haired Girl: Will you let me go with you? I want to fight with you.
Seeing how serious she is, (Captain) and company concede.
Suddenly, they realize that they haven't asked for her name yet.
Silver-haired Girl: Name? Name... Right, I need a name. Hm, what should I do?
Vyrn: Huh? You mean you don't have a name?
Silver-haired Girl: Well, I do. But... how should I say it? Zee... No, Zoh... ee? Hmm...
Lyria: Umm, did you say Zooey? I'm sorry, can you say that again?
Zooey: Zooey. Zooey... Yes, that will work.
She takes a liking to Lyria's coincidental suggestion.
Drawn to Zooey's mysterious charm, the crew accepts her as their newest member.

One sunny midsummer day, (Captain) suggests the crew take a vacation at a nice beach resort.
Although Lyria and Vyrn are raring to go, Zooey tilts her head in confusion.
Zooey: I've passed through so many islands and towns before meeting you, but I've never been to a resort.
Zooey: I understand the concept of sea puddles—they're very salty—but I've never seen one myself.
Lyria: I'm guessing you don't have a swimsuit then?
Zooey: A swimsuit? Will I need one?
Vyrn: Having one will definitely come in handy if you'll be playing with us out on the beach!
Zooey: Then I'll have to pick one up. After all, I look forward to playing with everyone.
Dyrn: Groaar!
Lyrn: Gwaar!
Zooey: Haha, Dyrn and Lyrn are looking forward to it too.
Zooey calls upon the dragons flying around her and gently rubs their chins.
Lyria: Teehee, let's go buy that swimsuit. You two can help me pick one out for Zooey!
The crew heads to a swimsuit shop near the beach resort.
Zooey finds a swimsuit she likes and takes it to the fitting room.
The curtains of the fitting room soon open up to reveal Zooey in a swimsuit.
Zooey: Well, how do I look?
Lyria: Wow, it looks great on you! The flower hairpiece is a nice touch too! Teehee, how cute!
Zooey: Haha. Thanks, but you're embarrassing me.
Zooey: You look great in a swimsuit yourself, Lyria.
Lyria: Teehee, thanks!
Zooey: I'm getting excited just wearing it. Is everyone ready to head out?
Zooey grins from ear to ear as she grabs Lyria's and (Captain)'s hands.
Zooey: C'mon, this is gonna be fun!
Vyrn: Hold on! We need to pay for the swimsuit first!
The crew pays for the swimsuit in a hurry and heads out to the beach.
Zooey: So this is the sea! It's so vast and beautiful...
The curious Zooey surveys the surroundings, and then points at something with great fascination.
Zooey: Hey, what's that? That man over there seems to be frying something.
Vyrn: Oh, it's a food stand! They make the food right in front of you. It's common in the summertime.
Zooey: Yeah? Let's go for it!
Vyrn: Huh? We came all the way out here. We might as well go for a swim first.
Zooey: You make a good point, Vyrn. But my stomach's growling.
Lyria: Hahaha. That's right, we haven't had lunch yet. Food comes first!
Stall Keeper: Welcome!
Zooey: ...
Stall Keeper: What's wrong, miss? Does something seem off about my yakisoba?
Zooey: I've never seen anything like it. So this is what you call yakisoba. It smells good.
Stall Keeper: Is this your first time having yakisoba, miss? Then here's a small sampler. It's on the house!
Zooey takes the small plate of yakisoba and a pair of chopsticks.
Zooey: Much obliged! Mmm...
Zooey: This is delicious!
Stall Keeper: Totally, right? Buy a plate and enjoy yakisoba to the fullest!
Zooey: Haha, you're pretty good with sales. I'll have some.
Lyria: Us too, mister!
Stall Keeper: Coming right up!
After having their fill of yakisoba, the crew go for a swim.
Zooey finds the seawater refreshing, but spots something curious in the waves.
Zooey: What's that? What are they doing?
Lyria: That's a sport they call surfing!
Zooey: Surfing...
Zooey's face breaks into a smile as she runs toward the surfers.
Vyrn: Hey, wait!
The crew rushes after her.
By the time the crew catches up to her, Zooey is already riding the waves on a surfboard.
Zooey: Hahahaha! So this is surfing! It's so much fun!
Surfer: Whoa, sweet moves there! And I only just taught you!
Vyrn: She's completely dominating the waves... That's incredible.
Zooey comes up back the beach, and returns the surfboard to the young man.
Zooey: Thank you. That was a lot of fun.
Surfer: No, no, not at all! Those moves were totally rad! I'll have to up the ante myself!
The man takes the surfboard and runs excitedly toward the sea.
After seeing the surfer off, Zooey returns to the crew with an apologetic look on her face.
Zooey: Sorry, I got carried away.
Lyria: Not at all, Zooey! We're just glad to know you're having fun!
Vyrn: It'd be nice if you'd stop running off without saying a word though.
Zooey: Ah, I'm sorry about that... Hey, what are those kids doing?
Zooey dashes toward some children playing in the sand.
Vyrn: Gah, really now! What did I just say?
The crew follows Zooey around the beach for the rest of the day.
Their day of fun comes to an end all too soon, and the crew spends the night at the beach house.
(Captain), however, is unable to fall asleep, and goes out for a walk along the shore.
That's when (Captain) finds Zooey sitting on the beach, gazing into the skies with her little dragons.
Zooey: Hm? Oh, hey there. Good timing. Take a look at the skies, (Captain).
(Captain) looks up to see the stars glimmering in the distance.
Zooey: Isn't it beautiful? A starlit night this beautiful doesn't come often.
(Captain) nods and sits down beside her.
Zooey: Thanks for everything today, (Captain). I had lots of fun.
Zooey: But I wonder if I went too far. I'm the keeper of balance after all...

Growing restless, the small dragons flying around her flock to (Captain).
Dyrn: Groar!
Zooey smiles at the pleasant sight.
Zooey: Try rubbing them on the chin. They love that.
As instructed, (Captain) gently rubs Dyrn and Lyrn on the chin.
Dyrn: Groaar!
Lyrn: Gwaar!
Zooey: You're pretty good at it. They've already taken a liking to you.
Zooey: I'm sure they've noticed how kind you are, (Captain).
Zooey: Doesn't look like I'll reach a conclusion by brooding. Anyway, it's getting late. Let's turn in.
Zooey: There's always tomorrow. We're gonna have even more fun. I can just feel it!
Zooey: Haha, don't you agree? Anyhow, we should get back.
(Captain) stands back up.
On the way back, Zooey contemplates how she'll spend the next day and sleeps on it.

Peacemaker's Float[edit]

The crew discovers from two youngsters that the dolphin float they're riding on was made in limited quantities and are no longer for sale. A sudden scream resounding from the seaside provides them with little time to be disappointed.


The crew come across a most mysterious sight as they accompany Zooey along the seashore.
They find two youngsters riding the waves on dolphins.
Lyria: Wow! Look at them go on those dolphins!
Vyrn: Wait, take a closer look. Those aren't really dolphins... What are those things?
A closer look reveals that the two are riding on floats modeled after dolphins.
Zooey: Hmm, it seems different from surfing.
Noticing the crew looking at them curiously, the two emerge from the water.
One of them thrusts his float at the crew for them to see.
Upbeat Lad: Hahaha, these are called ride-on floats! They're all the rage these days.
Upbeat Lass: There are even tournaments with them.
Vyrn: Hey, we should try it too! Where can we get some?
Upbeat Lad: Well, to be honest... very few were manufactured and they're already sold out everywhere.
Lyria: Aww, I really wanted to ride on a dolphin.
Zooey: I want to ride one too, but there's not much we can do if they aren't sold anymore.
There's little time to be disappointed as a scream suddenly resounds from further down the beach.
Panicked Teen: H-help! Aagh!
Monster: !
Upbeat Lad: Uh oh, isn't that where monsters gather?
Zooey: We'd better get to him fast, (Captain).

Peacemaker's Float: Scene 2[edit]

The crew gets to borrow a ride-on float as thanks for saving a friend of the two youngsters. Since it's only meant for two, Zooey creates another float using her celestial powers.


The crew drives the threat away and saves the young man.
Zooey returns to the beach and apologizes to the youth.
Zooey: Forgive me... I'm oblivious to dangers that do not threaten the world.
Panicked Teen: Erm, I'm not sure what you mean, but there's no need to apologize! I'm just glad to be safe. Thanks for rescuing me!
Upbeat Lad: Yeah, totally. We want to thank you too!
Upbeat Lad: You dimwit! How many times do I have to tell you not to go down there?
Upbeat Lass: C'mon, we should just be glad he's safe. Besides, we should do something to pay these guys back.
Upbeat Lad: You're right...
How would you guys like to borrow this float?
He hands over the ride-on float to the crew.
Lyria: Really? Can we?
Upbeat Lass: Sure! Have a blast!
Vyrn: Woo-hoo, we get to ride on dolphins!

Lyria takes the float and runs toward the sea with Vyrn.

Zooey: It's not that I'm not interested. Actually, I really want to ride on the float.
Zooey: But the same goes for Vyrn and Lyria. And I'd rather see them enjoying themselves.
Lyrn: Gwaar.
Zooey: Haha, you're worried for me? It's a strange feeling considering you were born of my powers.
Zooey: Born of my powers... That's right!
Zooey: (Captain), I just thought of a great idea! We just need to use my powers!
(Captain) watches in confusion while Zooey shuts her eyes in concentration.
Zooey: Heed my will! Come forth, Peacemaker's Wings!
Peacemaker's Wings: ...
Zooey: Haha! I did it, (Captain)!
Upbeat Lad: Huh, is that another ride-on float? But how did she...
Zooey: I gathered the power of the stars and gave it form. Try touching it. It should respond like a proper float.
Upbeat Lass: Wow, it really is a float. This is amazing.
Zooey: Hehe, although I wonder if it's really okay to use the power of the stars for this.
Zooey: Hm, I guess it's all right. Let's go down there, (Captain)!
(Captain) runs after the float-wielding Zooey.
Meanwhile, Vyrn and Lyria are handling the ride-on float expertly.

Lyria: Zooey? (Captain) too? How did you get that float?

Zooey and Lyria skillfully glide across the high-rising waves.
Upbeat Lad: Those guys have a knack for this.

The crew is having a good time on the waves when their floats come to a sudden halt.

Peacemaker's Float: Scene 3[edit]

After training for an upcoming ride-on float tournament, Zooey and (Captain) take a walk on the beach to ease the tension of the big day. When they find two children parted with their float, they decide to forfeit the tournament in order to help look for it.


Despite the minor incident, the crew enjoys riding the waves until the sun sets.
They're received by warm applause when they return ashore.
Upbeat Lad: That was incredible, everyone! Why don't you enter the float tournament? We can lend you ours!
Upbeat Lass: It's the biggest competition for ride-on floats. It'll be a piece of cake for all of you!
The youngsters explain the details and that the grand prize is a deluxe seafood platter.
Lyria: Deluxe seafood platter... I'll do it!
Vyrn: Is there any fruit? Either way, count me in!
Zooey: I've never participated in a tournament, but this sounds like fun.
The youngsters leave after telling the crew the tournament schedule.
Vyrn: All right, Lyria. Practice for the tournament starts tomorrow! We won't lose to Zooey!
Zooey: Ah, that's right. Participants join in pairs, so I guess that makes us rivals.
Lyria: Teehee! I'm going all out, Zooey!

The crew returns to the inn to rest up for the next day.
The next morning, Lyria and Vyrn are practicing hard on the waves.

They ride the waves for a while, but struggle to draw any speed.

As expected, the float quickly gains speed and slides across the waves.

(Captain) and Zooey continue practicing until the sun sets.
On the day of the tournament, the crew nervously awaits its turn.
(Captain) grows jittery as the other participants reveal their high-flying maneuvers.

Zooey: Although I can understand if you're nervous. How about we go for a walk? We have some time left anyway.
(Captain) agrees, and they enjoy small talk while walking along the beach.

Just then, they spot some children crying on the beach.

But the monsters swim out further into the sea at an alarming speed.

(Captain) nods and clings to Zooey.
Zooey: Here we go!
Zooey catches up with the monsters at breakneck speed and takes back the float.
Zooey: Whew, I never would've imagined that the practice we did would come in handy here.
Zooey: Next is—
Monster: Graah!
Zooey: Let's take them out, (Captain).

Peacemaker's Float: Scene 4[edit]

While Zooey and (Captain) are searching for the missing float, Vyrn and Lyria win the ride-on float tournament and receive a deluxe seafood platter as a reward. The crew spends the night enjoying a scrumptious feast, resulting in precious memories for Zooey.


Tournament Host: And the winner of the ride-on float tournament is...
Tournament Host: Team Vyrnia!
Vyrn: Woo-hoo! We did it, Lyria!
Lyria: I can't believe we really won!
Lyria: But Zooey and (Captain) are...
Vyrn: They lost by default, huh? I wonder where they went.
Shortly after, (Captain) and Zooey return to the group.
Vyrn: Hey, where did you guys go?
(Captain) explains their reason for forfeiting.
Lyria: So that's what happened.
Vyrn: Geez, you guys are kind to a fault.
Vyrn: Wait, if you weren't around...
Lyria: That means you didn't see us riding the waves? We were incredible out there!
Zooey: Apologies. Can you show us tomorrow? I'd love to see your technique.

During the meal, Zooey sits beside (Captain).

Zooey blushes with a smile.
