Gamewith's recommended EMP build for Pengy (SSR).

Priorities[edit]

First off, to increase her ATK power, you want to take her Skill DMG Cap (★3×2), then her C.A. DMG Cap (★3×2) and afterwards her Critical (★3×1).

You can wait for her Extended Mastery Support Skill to be unveiled before using any leftover points. Alternately you can add another Critical (★3×1).
