To raise the debuff probability of Kavalier200% Wind damage to a foe (Damage cap: ~300,000).

.), take Debuff Success (★3×2). Next you want to get that big advantage of raising his ATK by taking Critical (★3), and increasing his C.A. turnover rate by taking Double Attack (★2).

Since he's rather weak in Defense if you use him in higher difficulty raids, DEF and HP are good candidates. Other than that, since there is nothing you absolutely have to spend points on, feel free to wait until his Extended Mastery Support Skill gets unveiled.
