  • Hi dickysetiawan, Generally, the absence of items in the Vector menu denotes a problem with the Processing plugin. Can you edit your question post to include screenshots of the Help ~> About and the Plugins ~> Manage and Install Plugins ~> Installed windows? – Gabriel De Luca Mar 03 '20 at 02:13
  • I am not sure which version you are using, it happened to me once, just close QGIS and reopen it. If not, I suggest you install the latest version or re-install QGIS in an extreme case. – GforGIS Mar 04 '20 at 00:01
