CRS is probably web Mercator, but I'm not sure... If so, unit is meter. – aldo_tapia Nov 27 '17 at 19:59

Yes, Web Mercator, but meters in Web Mercator should not be trusted for distance. – Vince Nov 27 '17 at 23:51
