i did aikido for 10 years. Gained black belt and quit. still love it though and practice from time to time.
Now i lift weights.
Once i lost 20 kilos of fat. from 105kg to 85kg. my prs are :
155kg dead lift 120kg bench press 140kg squat.
I once rode 100 kilometers in Norway on my bike . in mountains. That was tough. I do not consider myself an expert.
