I am a practitioner and senior teacher of Kalari, an ancient southern Indian martial-art. My training was undertaken at Kerala Kalarippayattu Academy from 2000 to 2020.

In 2016 I moved to Thailand and founded KalariLab (a centre of teaching, treatment and research) on Ko Pha-ngan, Thailand.

I am a Physiotherapist (trained in UK and India) and worked previously as an Actor in Teatr-Zar, Poland and have worked throughout Europe as both Actor and leading workshops in Kalari.
