I don't think there's a rule specifically for TVs, but more generally with an initialism it's illogical to use an apostrophe but it's also very common, so... – nnnnnn Jun 16 '20 at 06:48

One only uses an apostrophe (as a separator) when it would be unclear whether the plural s is part of the abbrevation. One way round it is to use the full word – televisions. – Weather Vane Jun 16 '20 at 07:29
