I was brought up in a Dao Buddhist family in Malaysia, and have taken refuge with the Kagyu lineage under Lama Yeshe Rinpoche at Kagyu Samye Dzong. I am also a disciple of Shi Heng Liang, following the North Shaolin Temple in China. I practise Daoism, Kagyu and Chan Buddhism.
