If you're referring to the Abhidharmadharmaskandhapādaśāstra, the Sanskrit fragments have been discussed in English in J. Takasaki, Remarks on the Sanskrit Fragments of the Abhidharmadharmaskandhapādaśāstra. JIBS 13,1 (1965) 411-403 <33-41>.
