The 10K Commotion is a webcomic written by Yukon Makoto that revolves around two teams in the titular, fictional Dance Dance Revolution tournament (sometimes referred to as just "Tenkay").
Tropes used in The 10K Commotion include:
- Five-Man Band (Since the teams are made up five people, the comic kinda lends itself to this trope.)
- The Platinum Mark is probably the most obvious example; Dyna is The Hero, Ninja is The Lancer, Chaser is The Big Guy, Breakdown is The Smart Guy, and Candy is The Chick.
- As for Psyclone, Cyber is The Hero, Kakumei Kid is The Lancer, Picture Me is The Big Guy, Cowboy is The Smart Guy, and Sunshine is The Chick.
- Jerkass: Picture Me
- Nakama: The Platinum Mark
- Orphaned Series: It could be argued, given that we still haven't seen Encore Stage
- Apparently this is no longer true. Yukon has said the comic is finished.
- Precision F-Strike: Dropped by Dyna during Final Stage.
- Shout-Out: Several of the extra teams have anime/manga themes.
