Tony a intrat la WWF în 1996. Cariera și-a terminat-o în 2008.

A început să-l antreneze pe John Cena în 2002, și a terminat în 2004, când John Cena a devenit United States Champion la WrestleMania 20, în fața lui Big Show. Pe Mark Henry a început să-l antreneze din 2008 până în 2009.
