Peter Mayhew

Peter William Mayhew[8] (n. 19 mai 1944, Greater London, Anglia, Regatul Unit – d. 30 aprilie 2019, Boyd^⁠(d), Texas, SUA) a fost un actor britanico-american. El a fost cel mai bine cunoscut pentru rolul lui Chewbacca în seria de filme Războiul stelelor. Mayhew a jucat personajul în toate aparițiile sale live-action, de la originalul din 1977 la Războiul stelelor: Trezirea Forței din 2015, înainte de a se retrage din rol.
