Sceloporus cyanogenys[4] este o specie de șopârle din genul Sceloporus, familia Phrynosomatidae, descrisă de Cope 1885.[5][6] Conform Catalogue of Life specia Sceloporus cyanogenys nu are subspecii cunoscute.[5]
