Butomaceae

Butomaceae este o familie de plante monocotiledonate. Singurul gen este Butomus, cu una sau două specii, cea mai des întâlnită fiind crinul de baltă (Butomus umbellatus L.), ale cărei rizomi sunt comestibili, odată gătiți.
