Acanthodactylus guineensis[3] este o specie de șopârle din genul Acanthodactylus, familia Lacertidae, ordinul Squamata, descrisă de Boulenger 1887.[4][5] Conform Catalogue of Life specia Acanthodactylus guineensis nu are subspecii cunoscute.[4]
