Deployment of MediaWiki 1.36.0-wmf.35 to Wikimedia sites

The latest version (labeled "1.36.0-wmf.35") of MediaWiki, the software that powers Wikipedia and its sister sites, is being deployed to all Wikimedia sites in stages, starting on Tuesday, 16 March 2021 (see the roadmap).
