Obtain
- Drop from all quests on Mist-Shrouded Isle. Notable quests:
- Chapter 22 Quest: For Whom the Bell Tolls (21 AP) - 0-5 per quest
- Chapter 22 Quest: Playing Cat and Mouse (50 AP) - 0-3 per quest; only available twice a day. Requires clearing Chapter 64 Story: Night of Reflection to unlock.
- Drop from Evil Eye Showdown
- Drop from Normal and Hard Celeste raids
