So Close and Yet So Far is a side story. The characters and plot in this event are loosely based on William Shakespeare's tragic play Romeo and Juliet. The rerun version of this event originally ran concurrently with its sequel By Any Other Name. The side story version released separately.

A wall divides the two lands
of Montague and Capulet.

One fateful night, two youths
born on opposite sides meet.
