Class ClosureDecoratorMiddleware

Decorate closures as PSR-15 middleware.

Decorates closures with the following signature:

function (
    ServerRequestInterface $request,
    RequestHandlerInterface $handler
): ResponseInterface

such that it will operate as PSR-15 middleware.
